Everything you need to know for a successful start to kindergarten

Welcome to Kinderladen Zauberwäldchen! We place great importance on working closely with parents and would like to provide you with all the important information you need to ensure your child has a positive and enriching time with us. Below you will find important details about our policies, schedules and communication channels.

📅 Care times & daily routine

🕘 Opening hours: Monday – Friday, 6:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
🍎 Drop-off & pick-up times: Drop-off: 6:00 a.m. – 8:00 a.m. | Pick-up: 2:30 p.m. – 4:30 p.m.
🎨 Daily routine: free play time, educational activities, shared meals, rest periods and plenty of time for exercise – indoors and outdoors

📋 Registration & fees

💰 Fee models: Child day care free of charge, additional contribution of 37 € for breakfast and snacks.
📄 Required documents: registration forms, medical documents, emergency contacts
🍽️ Food: Breakfast and snacks are bought weekly, alternately by the parents of our children's shop.

🩺 Health & safety guidelines

🧼 Hygiene measures: Regular hand washing, disinfection and cleaning of rooms
🚑 Disease guideline : Children must be symptom-free for at least 24 hours
🔒 Safety measures: Secured entrance area, supervised play areas and emergency protocols
